Jack Muller BV and Platinox are currently working on a project in Alkmaar, where the new firehouse is to receive a pre-painted metal cladding.

Platinox ordered Prisma, a pre-painted metal manufactured by Corus, with Jack Muller BV. Corus took care of delivering the coils while Jack Muller BV cut the individual sheets to the specific size needed by Platinox. Platinox in turn rollforms these sheets into the exact shape and size needed for constructing the cladding, which is done by Platinox themselves.

Prisma is a robust 50μm polyurethane coating that is reinforced with polyamide particles. The cladding will consist of the colors Aquarius, Orion and Sirius. Which are two shades of silver metallic (9006 and 9007) and a light blue metallic.
